Customer Favourites
We have some fantastic notions and products to make your quilting time easier. Some of our current customer favourites are the Olfa Endurance Blades (available in 45mm and 60mm), these blades last twice as long as standard rotary blades and the Clover Roll & Press, press your seams without the need for an iron. Fantastic for hand piecing, but also super handy next to the sewing machine.

Patterns & Kits
"Home Sweet Home" - a new design from Everyday Quilts
Cute houses in rows and a gorgeous little tree. You can have so much fun with this pattern - go scrappy as Sandra has, or for a completely different look you could use solids instead of scraps. Another fantastic fabric option is to start off with one of our 1930's strip rolls (see below).
1930's Strip Rolls
3" x 1/2 WOF strips of 1930's fabric, these gorgeous little rolls are perfect for some of Sandra Boyle's patterns, like Home Sweet Home, Bric-a-Brac or Somersault. These are also the rolls that we suggest in the Texas Star Starter Packs.
Dogwood Rose and Tree Dahlia
These 2 new wall hanging patterns are the perfect introduction to applique. Just a single block featuring applique flowers is stretched over a canvas once finished or of course each would look great as the front of a cushion. Want to try applique? Why not book into one of Carol's general classes and learn the skills you need to complete these patterns.

Fabrics
Have you seen our range of checks and ginghams? These gorgeous fabrics are perfect to add colour and interest or would make a gorgeous binding. Available as meterage or in Fat Quarter Bundles.

We have added to our range of Kaffe Fasset fabrics with another 10 gorgeous bolts. Classes
It's been so nice to have classes re-commencing over the past few weeks.
Contact us if you are interested in joining one of these classes and we can discuss what we have available to suit you.
General Classes with Carol - fabulous classes to work on a project of your choice! Start a new project, work on one you need help with, or learn a new technique.
  • Tuesday mornings 10am - 12:30pm
  • Tuesday afternoon 1pm - 3:30pm
  • Saturday morning, 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month 10am - 12:30pm
  • Saturday afternoon, 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month 1pm - 3:30pm
Hand Sewing with Carol - any patchwork techniques by hand, including handpiecing, applique and English Paper Piecing. 2nd Wednesday of the month

  • Afternoons 1pm - 3:30pm
Michelle Yeo will be teaching on Saturday the 30th April - come along for some help with any of Michelle's patterns or get started on the very popular Giant Dahlia pattern. Class will run for the full day, 10am to 3:30pm with a break for lunch. Tea and coffee is provided, bring your own lunch. Cost $75.00
