Soft and Stable By Annie have developed a batting to use in bags etc, that gives body and helps give shape and stability to your item. It’s the best product on the market for your bag making and craft. The hallmark of Soft and Stable is its softly napped lining on each side of the high quality resilient foam. The fabric lining clings to quilting cottons making it easy to sew and quilt. Soft and Stable’s nappy surfaces perform much better than other sew-in stabilizers and are a huge factor when comparing to other fusible foam interfacings.
