When we leave Brisbane we'll head to Sydney for the Quilt NSW Exhibition 2022. Quilt NSW runs from Friday 21st October to Sunday 23rd October at the Grand Pavilion, Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, from 10am to 4pm daily.

Aurifloss

Tips for working with Aurifloss
Aurifil's 6-strand, divisible Cotton floss is wound on a gorgeous wooden spool, perfect for easy travel and prevention of pesky tangles!
You'll find Aurifloss excellent for cross stitch, embroidery, tatting, needle point and decorative accents on quilts, bags and garments.
When using multiple strands, begin by separating your strands.
Stitch with the nap of the floss by knotting the last end cut and threading the needle with the opposite end.
When stitching on Aida cloth a Crewel/Embroidery needle works well. Workingwith fabric? Try a Milliner or Straw needle.
Thread the needle with a short length of thread.
