Lumina Feathered Star
Judy and Brad Niemeyer designed the layout, instructions, and foundation papers for the Lumina Feathered Star. A collection of fabrics designed by Peggy Toole were selected to make the sample show on the cover.
A sewing technique called foundation paper piecing is used to assemble the units required to make this quilt. Traditional piecing and curved piecing techniques are used to join the units after the foundation piecing is completed.
Sewn and Quilted is a Quiltworx Certified Shop and offer classes to assist you in making this quilt if required.
This kit includes instructions and fabric for the quilt top and binding, along with all of the papers necessary to complete your quilt top!
Please note that this quilt top takes approx 20 metres of fabric!
Many of these stunning fabrics have gold highlights, and the teal/aqua fabric has a silk component.
Finished quilt size is approx 96" x 96"
