Parlan is a thin felt-like iron on wadding/interfacing.
It is ideal to use in fabric books, bags, as a wadding in table runners and wall hangings, as an interfacing behind stitcheries, and many other craft projects.
Many customers use this product as a substitute for ‘Pellon’.
50% Polyester/50% Viscose, 100cm wide.
