Lisa recommends you do this workshop before any of her "themed" ones. She will share with you her journey thus far and some of the special treasures that have caught her eye and inspired her along the way.
Have a rummage through those gorgeous old linens that grandma gave you (or the local op shop!), bring them along and learn the art of repurposing them in a contemporary, unique way.
No previous stitching experience is necessary, but is of course welcome.
The classes are designed so that there is no "one size fits all". There are no templates to follow and definitely no right or wrong way to approach your Slow Stitch project.
After the class, whether you have a few moments or hours to give to your Slow Stitching, you will no doubt find that like many of life's great pleasures, the quiet moments you have indulged in will be a recipe for calmness and promote further creativity.
This class will be part of our Winter Workshops program. It is a 2 day class and will be held on the 12th and 13th of July
